In the beginning of 2012 we set our sails to a fantastic journey called Reputami. Our goal is to redefine the way customers are handled in the era of social media and location based services. Thus improving the service-quality of local businesses.
We ARRR proud to announce that we closed our seed round with hub:raum, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, as our new investor.
As one of the award winners of the “Telekom Innovationspreis” in 2012, we got to know Deutsche Telekom as a reliable partner and booster for innovative B2B-Startups. Today we are delighted to take this partnership to a new level. In addition to the investment itself Deutsche Telekom will help us with its massive network and know-how to improve our product and extend our team (btw, we are still looking for a head of engineering).
The idea behind Reputami started with a simple question: Why do companies – in the era of social media and smartphones – still not listen to the feedback offered them online by their customers? Soon we realised that successful companies indeed want to listen, but the ever-expanding amount of relevant services and sources in addition the technologic hurdle make it hard to handle all channels in a professional manner.
With Reputami we enable companies to listen to online customer feedback and understand it. It doesn’t matter if the customers feedback is on a review portal, in the social media or on a location based service. Reputami aggregates the data and helps the business to understand the customers feedback. This is the foundation for improving service-quality and increasing revenue.
Since the early days of Reputami, we had the pleasure to meet a bunch of awesome pirates that supported us in word and deed. We want to take the chance to thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts!
Your fellow pirates,
Ali & Oliver
P.S.: There will be a little get-together to celebrate this day in our Office (Clusterhaus, Room 404) tonight, starting at 18:30. Feel free to join us for a cold beer while supplies last.
